Where are you going for 3 days alone? Europe is always a good idea. Germany, Italy, Scotland are just some of the destinations that I have traveled myself and in which I have felt comfortable. Some South American countries such as Chile or Argentina are also excellent starting points.

If fear holds you back, you can start slowly: visit museums on your own, go out not far from home, weekend to recharge your batteries in another region… The more you learn to trust yourself, to be you, the more the fear of being alone will disappear…
