Indeed, Pointe du Bout or Anse à l’Ane in 3-Ilets can be good options without a car, because you will have things on site such as access to sea shuttles for FdF and from there some options by bus, such as the Jardin de Balata on the Sudlib network (very limited network, however, see timetables).
If you want to be close to the most beautiful beaches on the island, you should stay in the south. If people don’t bother you and staying in an apartment suits you, the seaside resorts of Sainte Luce, Trois-Ilets or Sainte Anne are for you.
