What could be richer than not matching a brown flower rubbing its back with a stick, or a mother puma cleaning her child, or whale watching to please us, and this in a wild environment? & # XD;
What’s more powerful than the adrenaline rush of walking through the woods at night with a flashlight or riding horses with zebras and seraphs? We all have a story to tell about this unique encounter with Mother Nature… & # xD;
The Terra Natura collection is a selection of Nature and Conservation trips to go further: meetings with organizers, discovery of biodiversity and experts, and the opportunity to contribute directly through conservation projects or support for conservation organizations space. The fauna and the flora. ;
Our excursions also delve deeper into the depths of our environment through experiential activities: horseback riding in South Africa, swimming with lions in a roadside response, diving in the Blue Hole in Belize, live lessons in the Bolivian jungle or exploring Australian Outback Aboriginal Guide.
Local encounters are also important in contributing to the magic of the experience and the wonder and inspiration of its inhabitants, such as the shaman in the Ecuadorian Amazon, the Guarani people in Argentina and the San Bushmen in Botswana as well. researchers like Janine O Duffy, an Australian explorer, expert on coal and its modest features, or Roberto Donoso, a cougar tracker in Chile.
We also support foundations that work every day to preserve their cultural heritage, such as the Envol-vert Foundation, which cultivates Mayan walnut trees in Colombia, the Selva biological research center in Costa Rica or Rewilding Europe in Croatia and Slovenia. & # xD;
Our commitment during our Terra Natura visit was: & # xD;
• Provides a minimum of 70% of the specific approach given about various organizations, & # xD;
• The decline can be seen in the departure of planes to the country, & # xD;
• Choice of green, small and habitable living spaces if possible out of the way (ecolodges, glamping, homestays, treehouse…) & # xD;
• Travel slowly, stay nights in one place & # xD;
• Use of local transport and/or recreational travel (hiking, biking or horseback riding) & # xD;
• Long cycle time in long-haul aircraft using the 1.5 day/1,000 flight kilometer method. & # XD;
We have also developed a great nature and conservation travel template and list of options for our partners who work carefully with a guide for travelers to living beings.
