How to add miles on Flying Blue?

How are Flying Blue miles calculated?
The concept was originally simple: for every kilometer traveled by plane, you gained a kilometer worth about 1 euro cent. On average, every ten trips, so you get a free plane ticket. Airport taxes will continue to be charged.
