“We will gradually lift the restrictions in early May,” he said on Face The Nation, confirming the objectives of 20 million French vaccinations by mid-May, 30 million by mid-June and all adults seeking it from here the end of summer.

EU members are “actively” working on designing a European medical certificate to “facilitate travel after restrictions are lifted between different European countries with tests and vaccinations”, the regional official said.
