Indeed, Pointe du Bout or Anse à l’Ane in 3-Ilets can be good options without a car because you have elements on site such as access to sea shuttles for FdF and from there some bus options such as the Balata garden and the Sudlib network (very limited network, however – see timetables).
If you want to be near the best beaches on the island, then you should stay in the south. If you don’t mind crowds and staying in an apartment suits you, the seaside resorts of Sainte Luce, Trois-Ilets or Sainte Anne are for you.
